DigiFT will not call, email or SMS you, asking for your DigiFT account password. DO NOT give your password to anyone!
Change your password if you suspect that your account or wallet is compromised. Notify us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org using your registered email.
DigiFT provides Customer Support via the Official Support Email (Support@digift.com.sg) or via the LiveChat icon found in the bottom right-hand side of the official website.
Our Customer Support Hotline number can be found after logging in.
DigiFT does not provide account assistance via social media sites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
DigiFT cash deposit bank accounts details are displayed on our platform and are only accessible when you login to your account. DO NOT send money to any other bank account other than the bank account displayed in the Deposit page you see in the Deposit section after login. DO NOT send money to anyone claiming to be a DigiFT employee. This applies to BOTH Investors and Issuers.
