What is Transaction Cut-off Time?

The default Transaction Cut-Off time set on our platform is 15 minutes.

You can adjust the duration between 5 minutes and 20 minutes in your account settings.

 

When a trade order or transaction request is confirmed and submitted through the wallet app, the relevant Smart Contract will verify how long it takes for the transaction to be recorded on the blockchain by the miner. If the time taken exceeds the Transaction Cut-Off time stated on the platform, the instruction will be rejected.
