How can I check the status of my withdrawal request?

To check the status of your withdrawal request:

1. Access your account

2. Click on the Avatar icon

at the top right corner of the screen

3. Select "My assets" from the dropdown menu

4. Click "Withdrawals record"

The status of the withdrawal request will be updated to "Submitted to bank" once it has been instructed to the sending bank.
