We will send you an email requesting your bank account information once the KYC review of your account application has been completed.
Please ensure that the bank account that you are registering with us is in your own name.
(Joint bank account may be accepted, subject to our review and approval)
To register your bank account with us:
1. Log in to your account
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the Avatar icon , then select "Personal center"
3. Select "Bank account" from the side navigation bar
4. Click "Add new account"
5. Enter your bank account information
6. Upload your bank statement (must be dated within the last 6 months)
7. Click "Submit"
8. Perform 2FA verification either through Google Authenticator or Mobile
9. Click "Confirm"
Our team will review your bank linkage request upon submission.
