What types of trading modes are available on our platform?

Our trading mechanisms are designed to meet the sophisticated needs of our investors.

 

Our investors can trade in three trading modes:

 

AMM trading refers to automatic continuous trading of Security Tokens without central order book that is undertaken via a liquidity pool maintained via the AMM smart contract. Customer can directly trade with the liquidity pool and the settlement price & quantity are computed based on a mathematical function as implemented in the AMM smart contract.

 

OTC trading allows a customer to take the order listed by another customer wholly. Our exchange deploys the OTC smart contract to facilitate this process automatically and transparently.

 

In P2P trading, the price negotiation happens offline. Once both parties have agreed on the quantity and price, they can instantly initiate the trade matching and settlement on our platform via a P2P smart contract.
