How do I submit listing documents?

Pre-Admission Consultation

Applicants seeking to be admitted as an issuer on the Exchange shall comply with the requirements set out in our listing rules.

To issue a token, the first step is to open an account with DigiFT and go through a Pre-Admission Consultation. If you have not gone through a Pre-Admission Consultation, please click here.

Only Corporate account will be able to issue a token.

Modify and Submit

After the proposed security token offering has been approved, Issuer will have to modify their issuance. To view and modify your assets, please follow the instructions below;

1. Log into account here
2. Click on the Avatar icon at the top right hand corner
3. Select "Token Issuance"
4. You would be able to view your tokens, click on "Modify"
5. Fill in the required information for your proposed security token issuance (e.g. Quantity, Price, Tenure)
6. Click "Next"
7. Upload the requested token issuance documents
8. Click "Submit"

Review Completed and Tokenised

Upon submission, please wait for DigiFT to review your Issuance application. Once the review is completed, the status will change to "Review Completed" and your assets would have been minted as a security token. 

To view your tokens,

1. Click on the Avatar icon at the top right hand corner
2. Select "My Assets" 

Your next step is to transfer your tokens to your MetaMask Wallet.
